Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept credit card payments and PayPal. More payment methods will be added soon.

What currency are the prices displayed in?

All of our prices are displayed in US Dollars.

Shipping and Delivery

Do I get a receipt for my order?

You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

What are your shipping options and how long will it take?

We offer free US and Canada shipping on all orders over $10 before taxes.  Orders placed with our free shipping option ship via USPS or Canada Post standard shipping service.

A $2.95 Shipping Fee applies to any order under $10 before taxes. Unless the Priority option is selected, all orders ship via USPS or Canada Post standard shipping service.

All orders will be dispatched within 1 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 3 business days for dispatch

Standard domestic shipping transit time is 2 to 4 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)

Standard international shipping transit time is 5 to 14 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)

International shipping excludes customs clearance delays

Return and Refund

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer free, easy returns & exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
All merchandise must be in its original state:
• Clean, undamaged and unused.
• With all original tags attached
• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
• Clearance, Final sales and free items are NOT eligible for return or exchange

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please first email us at support@NailArtLabs.com  to get a return authorization number.
You will be refunded, excluding original shipping charges, to your original form of payment.
